Printing costs with CISS

Nowadays ink jet printers are as popular as laser printers. They are of equal quality and speed of printing. The only obstacle when using ink jet printing is cost of consumables. INKSYSTEM company managed to overcome this obstacle and proved that the ink jet printing is affordable to everyone.

We suggest to make some simple calculations in order to get convinced of it. Calculations are for printer EPSON Stylus Photo P50 using a standard set of cartridges EPSON and the complete set of dye-based ink INKSYSTEM for comparison.

Printing cost of a sheet of paper (A4) filled up with text for 5%

Numbers show. Using CISS allows to safe 22 times more on each imprint. Moreover, if use the complete set of dye-based ink INKSYSTEM 1000 ml you’ll get more than 50 times cheaper printing.

Printing cost of a picture 10x15 (filled up for 100% w/o margins)

Even when you print full-color photos the economy is obvious. CISS allows to print photos cheaper  than in a photo studio. Is there any sense to speak about original cartridges?!

It’s necessary to note the calculations were made without photographic paper cost, assuming that pictures are printed on one kind of a paper. Also we did not consider in calculations above that the ink in original cartridges is never used completely. There remains from 20 to 65 % (!!!) of unused ink (see the article: Inkjet printers are filthy, lying thieves). Ink is used completely with CISS . Due to the tanks located outside the printer, you can control the level of ink by yourself.

It is just mathematics. The choice is yours. But think for a while, what for to pay more and to print less?!
